2 cups shortening

cream together and stir in

2 eggs

2 tablespoons vinegar

2 teaspoons vanilla

stir in

4 cups flour

2 teaspoons baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

Roll and bake at 350 degrees

2 lb bag powdered sugar

½ pint heavy whipping cream

2/3 cup shortening

2 teaspoons vanilla

Beat until creamy
